The app can send anonymous crash reports. More information can be found in the "Sentry" section.

The following data protection provisions apply to the Num Sensei App.

Downloading the Num Sensei App

You can currently download our app from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. This involves data transmission to Google or Apple.

Apple App Store: Apple Inc., Infinite Loop, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (Apple).
Google Play Store: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (Google).

Sentry

Provider:
Sentry, 1501 Mariposa St #408, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Sentry).
Description and purpose of processing:
We use the Sentry service (Sentry, 1501 Mariposa St #408, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) in the app to improve the technical stability of the app by monitoring system stability and identifying code errors. Sentry serves these purposes alone and does not evaluate any data for advertising purposes. The users' data, such as device information or the time of the error, are collected anonymously and not used personally, and are then deleted. The contractor has concluded a data processing agreement with Functional Software Inc., which also includes the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries published by the EU Commission.

Payment Processing for Premium Version

Within the Num Sensei App, you can purchase the paid Premium version. We collect the following data necessary for the execution of the purchase:

- Purchase date
- User ID

The legal basis for processing is the prospective or concluded contract with you regarding the purchase of our paid Premium version, Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR. Your data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent, e.g., for advertising purposes.
Our payment management is handled through our third-party provider Adapty Tech Inc. Address: 2093 Philadelphia Pike #9181 Claymont, DE 19703, USA (hereinafter: Adapty). They act as a processor for us, while the management of the payment by Adapty is their own responsibility. Further information can be found in the privacy policy: https://adapty.io/privacy/.
The payment itself is processed via the respective App Store (Apple App Store and Google Play). In the course of processing via the App Stores, we do not process any further personal data, including any payment information. The App Store providers themselves are responsible for the processing.
